A Medical Cost-Only Projection (MCOP) is an abbreviated report that provides the future care and associated costs for negotiation and settlement. MedCostMD applies the same rigorous methodology as the Medical Cost Projection; however, this cost-only report does not include a detailed narrative of the medical record and is intended for “behind the scenes” use for a cost-effective, speedy, and fair settlement. This report includes a short summary of the accident and/or injury.

These reviews are oftentimes voluminous, and we distill difficult-to- understand records down to only the relevant documents and present them in a way easily understood by all parties. In addition, we will highlight if there are missing or incomplete records or if the records seem off or have been altered.

A Household Services (HHS) Analysis quantifies the present value of household services provided by the claimant. A MedCostMD household services assessment is recommended for some cases as part of a Life Care Plan, Earning Capacity Evaluation, or review of another party’s claim.
